For over 40 years Charlie Brockwell served his Pork Bar-B-Ques in the Western Michigan area. This secret relish continues to be a sought after favorite.

This unique “sauce” has a chopped cabbage mix base and is great served on pulled pork, beef, or venison. Also delicious on hot dogs, brats, and burgers and even great as a dip for chips.
